Yuri Poluneev (born May 15, 1956 in Odessa, Ukraine) is an economist. Was the author or co-author of more than 40 drafts,〔http://w1.c1.rada.gov.ua/pls/pt/reports.dep2?PERSON=8518&SKL=7〕 many of which became an important part of the financial reform agenda (bank debt restructuring, creditor and financial consumer rights, fund for consumer deposit guarantees, state lottery regulatory regime). He holds a PhD degree in International Economics from the Kiev State University (1986).
